With a drying capacity of 10,000 tons and storage capacity of 20,000 tons of grains in silos
Located at kilometer 8 of the Gogan–Sozdooz junction road, this facility produces 10,000 tons of corn annually through contract farming with local farmers. It aims to increase corn cultivation efficiency across the province and partially meet the raw material demand of feed mills—covering 30% of the feed needs through in-house production. The plant also supports the southern West Azerbaijan region’s livestock sector by storing industrial corn and feed.
The facility includes 4 grain silos with an annual storage capacity of 20,000 tons.
Corn Cultivation in Partnership with Local Farmers
In line with regional agricultural needs and support from the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, 30% of the annual input demand is cultivated each year and processed in the corn drying plant.
This plant plays a crucial role in the company’s supply chain, serving as a key link in sourcing raw materials for livestock and poultry feed production. It is especially important for drying corn in the Miandoab region, known for its highly suitable lands for corn grain production.
The plant operates throughout the harvest season to dry corn efficiently.
